Heidi brings over 36 years of experience to Karande Dental, making her one of the most established and trusted hygienists in the area. She is known for her gentle cleanings, calm presence, and the way she instantly puts patients at ease. Many families have followed her for years because they truly trust her care.
Education & Expertise
Heidi earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and continues to strengthen her skills through ongoing education in:

Meet Reina — Office Manager
Reina began her journey in the business side of dentistry, where she discovered her talent for organization, communication, and helping patients feel supported. She later expanded her skills by studying business and marketing, and also worked as a dental assistant, giving her a full understanding of both the front and back of the office.
This blend of business knowledge and clinical insight is what eventually led her to her role as Office Manager at Karande Dental.

Outside of work, Reina loves to read, take courses to keep learning, attend her daughter Briana’s sports events, and enjoys makeup and beauty. Family, growth, and balance are important parts of her life, and she brings that same grounded energy into the office every day.
Meet Janet — Business Operations Manager
A familiar face patients instantly trust.
Janet has been part of the Karande Dental family long before she ever joined the team. She grew up coming to this very office as a patient and was one of Heidi’s patients since she was a kid. Today, she plays a key role in keeping the practice organized, steady, and running efficiently.
Janet is known for being reliable, calm, and great with people. Her connection to the practice makes her presence genuine — she understands the patient experience not only from the front
desk, but from having lived it herself.

Janet enjoys baking, spending time with her dog Peter, and living a simple, peaceful life. Her friendly personality and easygoing nature help make the office feel comfortable and welcoming for everyone who walks in.
Meet Beenish — Dental Assistant & Treatment Coordinator
Beenish brings clarity and support to our patients every day. Before joining Karande Dental, she worked as a teacher assistant in Stafford County, where she developed a natural talent for communication, patience, and guiding people through new information.
At our practice, she helps patients understand their treatment plans, answers questions about finances, and supports them chairside as part of our clinical team. She has a long-term dream of becoming an accountant, and her attention to detail shows in everything she does.

Beenish loves cooking, going to the gym, and spending quality time with her family. Her friendly personality and steady energy make her a valued part of our team and a comforting presence for every patient she meets.
Meet Jasmine — Surgical Assistant & Phlebotomist
Jasmine first came to the practice as a patient, and through a personal conversation with the team she shared her experience as a phlebotomist. Her natural interest in dentistry and her calm personality made her a great fit, and she now serves as the Surgical Assistant and Phlebotomist in the practice.
She is steady, focused, and committed to helping patients feel comfortable during surgical and advanced procedures.

Jasmine enjoys spending time with her family, loves sports cars, fishing, and shopping. She brings a friendly, steady energy to the practice and is an important part of the surgical team.
Meet Sabisha — Dental Assistant
Sabisha joined Karande Dental with a long-standing connection to the practice as a family member of one of our patients. She is driven, focused, and passionate about dentistry, with a clear goal of becoming a dentist herself — a journey she is actively working toward.
She enjoys supporting patient care, learning new clinical skills, and growing in every part of the dental field. Her dedication, curiosity, and strong work ethic make her an important part of the team. Outside the office, Sabisha loves hiking, nature adventures, sports, and spending time outdoors. She brings a positive, energetic spirit into the practice and is always excited to learn, improve, and move closer to her dream of becoming a dentist.
Meet Alex — Dental Assistant
Alex has been in dentistry for over 10 years and brings steady skill and reliability to every appointment. Before entering the dental field, he worked as a firefighter, which shaped his calm under pressure, strong work ethic, and ability to focus even in fast-paced situations.
Alex is dedicated to patient comfort and is known for being precise, efficient, and supportive in the operatory. He takes pride in helping patients feel confident and well cared for during their treatment.

Alex is a proud dad to his daughter, Aracely, and loves spending his time with her. Family is the most important part of his life, and his commitment to them shows in the care and dedication he brings to the practice every day.
